Coursework: Ignite presentation learner response

 1) Type up your feedback in full including the ratings out of five for each of the six categories.

Slightly rushed opening but I like the opening slide and introductions. The format of explaining the initial thought process works well. Great concept- creative, creepy but also feels achievable which is great. Linking Propps theory to concept works well too - impressive. The presentation uses images + GIFS to illustrate ideas well. Representation- androgynous ideas are good and move on to identity theory too. Some interesting ideas - I want a bit more detail here. The audience also well throughout and reflects good research. Some U+G theory too. Industry - Spotify a good mention, nice to get a reference to the magazine/print brief too. Could prepare to discuss the global nature of Kpop as part of industry too. Q+A- some superb questions with solid responses

2) Use this feedback, comments from peers and your own reflection on your presentation to self-assess and write a detailed WWW and EBI for your own coursework concept and presentation as a whole.

www- the narrative seems achievable and the idea of using the main character as androgynous was a good idea because it reflects representation

ebi- I should add the part of the global nature of kpop to my statement of intent. Also, I need to add more ideas about androgynous look I will be going for.

3) Write a paragraph discussing how your presentation will lead to your actual coursework production. Do you need to update your statement of intent? Does your concept/treatment offer enough clarity? Is it appropriate for the audience specified in the brief? Is it achievable to film in the midst of a global pandemic? Can you add media terminology or theory to your statement of intent now you have reflected on your presentation and seen others?

I need to update my statement of intent by including more about record labels and the globalisation of kpop and its impact on industry and audience. I also need to make my treatment more specific by including all the different shots that will be taken.
