Film could be about alien invasions because of spaceships on the poster. The title of the movie is "Blade Runner" which can indicate the main characters are running or escaping from some sort of danger. Also the text on the top right could show how mankind has made some mistake and this movie may be the destruction of the mistake.

This movie is most definitely sci-fi since there are futurist buildings and spaceships. Also the effects of the lighting can indicate something abnormal which makes it more likely to be sci-fi. The protagonist is holding a gun which can link this movie to action .

The target audience maybe young adults/ teenagers

   

Scary Movie 2

The movie may not have a complex story line because it seems to be a parody of a horror movie. The story line could be six people with very varied personality according to their reactions locked up in an abandoned house.

The movies should be comedy because of the review on the top of the poster

The lack of trees and pollution in the background can show maybe the man is looking out to a dystopian world and the story line could be about what the future will look like or maybe show the man's misfortunes and misery through the dark colours. Furthermore, you can't see his face which could show that this is not only his story but maybe many more people could relate to his story line.

The movie is drama because of the mysteries and on the review, people have claimed it to be a 'masterpiece' or 'profoundly touching' hence why the movie may have a story that is heart touching and fit in the drama genre. Also, there is only one person on the poster, therefore, showing how this may be his story.

This story may be for adults as they are more likely to relate to his story or teenagers as they will be the one who face  the future and from the movie poster it seems the person is looking out to a bleak future

I'm not scared

The story line could be related to the struggle of being a child because of the young protagonist or it could have a relationship to the child discovering something new or embarking an unsuspecting adventure because of his confused face expression. Also, the background is bright sky but the foreground is a dark tunnel which may show the movie has a dark turn to it.

The movie should be an adventure because from the poster it seems the boy will be embarking some sort of adventure and hence why the title states 'I'm not scared' showing he is staying brave through whatever challenges he may face. Although the dark foreground of the tunnel and his face is half covered could maybe show there will be slight horror or thriller in the movie.

The movie should be for a younger audience because of the young protagonist and if it fits into adventure genre then it is more suited for children although the boys face in the poster is half covered could maybe show the movie is more thriller and intense therefore suited for adults

Sin City

Since the movie poster has dark colours, it may show the story line could be related to violence, criminals and action. Also, the title is called 'Sin City' maybe showing the characters are committing sins so the story line could be about committing murder to try to get what they want and the raining effect can show the bleak story line.
In addition, the title 'Sin City' could be a reference to Las Vegas which is known for gambling and alcohol so maybe the movie may be based around gambling and the violence and crime caused by it.

It can also be mystery fiction because the darkness of the poster makes it unclear of what is going on and it is hard to recognise the characters expression

Pirate of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest

Pirate of the Caribbean Dead Man's Chest's poster contains a ship drowning into the ocean showing that the story line where the pirates could be going on an adventure or looking for something and may in counter dangers and consequences. Also on the left there is a ghostly figure which correlates with the tile therefore showing they might see a ghost which they have to fight off.

The movie could be adventure because the tile says 'The Dead Mans's Chest' and the chest could mean the protagonist maybe going on a quest to search for the chest and the ship sailing though the harsh weather could show the pirates maybe discovering something.

Bride and Prejudice

From the title it seems the movie is a clear reference to Pride and Prejudice therefore the movie maybe about love and how the female protagonist judges the male protagonist for who he might not be. Also the people in the background could be interfering with their relationship and the main plot will be them figuring what relationship they do have.

The characters' faces seem to be smiling therefore the movie could be romantic comedy and on the bottom the review states the movie is "funny" and "spectacular". Also in the background there is confetti therefore showing the movie is uplifting and enjoyable and would make the audience laugh.
